Remote work is shaping a new era of collaboration and productivity. Nick Dyment talks with Edward Philip, technologist and musician, about how organizations are adapting.
Edward shares stories from leading virtual-first start-ups through lockdown, redesigning culture and trust for teams spread across the globe, from AI-assisted developer workflows to virtual spaces where colleagues can gather around a virtual campfire. The biggest change, he argues, is moving from a culture of visibility to one of trust and outcomes. AI tools open the door, but real productivity takes digital literacy and a new way of leading.
