Why exception handling is the real bottleneck in KYC and AML
A KYC case can clear sanctions screening in minutes, then wait days over one name mismatch. Onboarding speeds up when teams fix exception handling, where handoffs and…

Electric Mind is a team of forward-deployed engineers. We work inside your systems, alongside your people, to take AI from strategy to software that runs, with the discipline of a firm that has shipped enterprise software since 1990.
What we do
Each one stands on its own. Most clients start with the problem that’s costing them most, then add the others as the work grows.
Our work
From a payments platform taken to market with a start-up to an AI roadmap a bank is now executing.
Clik2pay set out to let people pay bills straight from their bank accounts, in a crowded market where security decides who wins. We built and launched the platform with them, then helped them build the team that runs it today.
Launched then handed to Clik2pay’s own product team
Read the case studyA North American bank wanted to use AI agents to take friction out of its day-to-day banking operations. In 12 weeks we assessed its processes with 16 teams, proved the strongest ideas with working prototypes and built the roadmap the bank is now executing.
$10–15M a year in identified, not yet realized, savings
Read the case studyA regional bank with an established data platform asked us to refresh its data strategy for analytics and AI. We benchmarked its maturity against peers and designed the target architecture and operating model the bank adopted as its data roadmap.
2.3 to 3.3 data maturity uplift over two years, on a peer-benchmarked model

The people who design your solution are the same people who build and deploy it, so every recommendation is something we know can be built, governed and run.
Industries
Most of our work is in financial services. We also build for transportation, health care, start-ups, and sports and entertainment.

When our organization needed to bring a proven digital banking platform into a new market, the timeline was fixed and the stakes were high. Electric Mind led the architecture and feasibility work, coordinated teams across two countries, and managed the launch through two command centres in parallel.
Migrating millions of customer accounts onto a new platform meant our teams had to get architecture, data conversion and readiness right the first time. Electric Mind led the design and delivery of the core systems involved and managed the conversion effort from planning through go-live.
Replacing a discontinued core payments framework, while keeping transaction volumes flowing for millions of customers, required careful sequencing and deep technical expertise. Electric Mind designed and built a modernized, API-driven platform and coordinated the effort across multiple delivery teams.

Most wealth firms can stage a strong AI demo, but fewer can run it inside advisor tools with approved data, logged outputs, and answers for compliance. Clients notice…
Working code proves AI value faster than strategy slides. A prototype built with real data, users, and controls exposes value, data fit, and governance issues in days…
