One servicing platform for alternative investments, built in 12 weeks
A digital wealth platform ran its alternative-investment servicing across email, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. We designed and built a connected platform for trading, record-keeping and fund administration in 12 weeks, against an original estimate of eight months.
- Client
- A digital wealth platform
- Industry
- Wealth management
- Offering
- AI-Accelerated Solution Delivery
- Duration
- 12 weeks
The challenge
- Case management was a passive tracker; the actual work was scattered across email, spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
- Many processes were manual and procedure-driven, with no structured lifecycle, milestone controls or audit trail.
- Approval controls were weak, and investor data was spread across several platforms.
- Incoming requests had no intelligent routing, prioritization or automatic classification.
What we built
We designed and built a connectivity layer that brings trading, record-keeping, fund administration and the other operations behind alternative investments into one purpose-built platform.
- AI agents across intake, identity verification, document validation, workflow orchestration and case closure
- A standard request taxonomy and reusable workflow patterns, applied the same way across every servicing area
- A unified data model, with two-way connections to fund managers’ systems through a standard API layer
- Real-time operational reporting, with AI that flags bottlenecks so the process keeps improving
How we delivered it
The work was estimated at eight months. Our team delivered it in 12 weeks by using AI across the whole delivery lifecycle, from requirements and design to code and tests, with people reviewing and approving the work at every step and governance kept in place throughout.

Bringing a bank-to-bank payment platform to market with Clik2pay
Clik2pay set out to let people pay bills straight from their bank accounts, in a crowded market where security decides who wins. We built and launched the platform with them, then helped them build the team that runs it today.

A North American bank wanted to use AI agents to take friction out of its day-to-day banking operations. In 12 weeks we assessed its processes with 16 teams, proved the strongest ideas with working prototypes and built the roadmap the bank is now executing.
